  I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Glenda Mitchell’s office. My family and I felt misled and frustrated throughout the entire process. Our case was supposedly closed in November, yet we continued receiving chiropractic treatment into December. Instead of clear communication, we were later charged again, with those costs being deducted from a December payment without any prior explanation. What made this situation even more troubling was the lack of professionalism from the staff. The chiropractor’s office manager informed me that Victoria from this office contacted them and displayed a rude and dismissive attitude when I had questions. As a client, I should feel comfortable asking for clarification—especially regarding financial matters. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was wrong for simply trying to understand what was happening. Clients deserve transparency, respect, and clear communication, particularly when it comes to billing and case details. Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite, and I would not recommend this office based on how this situation was handled. Additionally, they did not pay the amount they initially indicated, resulting in us receiving less money than expected. I attempted to speak directly with the attorney, but my calls were never returned. It is disheartening that after being involved in my first car accident, my family and I were not made to feel supported or appreciated. Overall, I do not recommend this law firm.

  My first ever experience with a Law firm . Glenda’s team made the whole process go smoothly. Always there to answer any questions I had in a timely matter . The whole process went a lot faster than I had expected.

  I was very satisfied with how my case was handled. This law firm turned a negative crash into a positive for me and helped me move on from it. Everything was transparent and I had no complaints. With how much I owed in medical bills, my anxiety was bad and I did not expect to get anything back. But I was surprised by the outcome, and received more than expected. I highly recommend!

  I hired this law firm to take over my case after another attorney office in town did not rerun my calls or respond to my emails at all. After they had my case for over a month they called me and said it was a conflict of interest. If that was so they should have told me that on day one and not waited till mow to call me and refer me out to another attorney office not of my choice. I am very dissatisfied in how I have been treated and my case. I would not recommend hiring them!

  Waste of time! We had an attorney that was not communicating with us. Which had us confused about what was happening. So someone said to try Glenda Mitchell. After a few weeks they dropped us. They said it was a conflict of interest with the first attorney. Why did it take so long? Why did they waste our time? I would not recommend Glenda Mitchell to anyone
