Then had to practically beg Mr. Ashmore to present my case in front of the judge due to him not wanting to present my case/settle with the opposing attorney. Provided poor representation in court. Fast forward to about 2 months after my court case and Mr Ashmore being relieved of his services, he still hasn’t refunded me the remainder of my unused retainer. Thinking of filling a formal complaint. Take my advice and look elsewhere if seeking legal counsel.
