The experiment as a victim and the reflection of evidence and outcome didn't match when fighting for the people. I was struck by a person that the authorities showed they had insurance but the staff stated he was uninsured. They had a letter from the insurance company but I have police report saying that he was insured at the date and time if the incident.. For the pain, suffering and inconvenience I endured, that I am still dealing with today, does not bring a wholeness outcome of restoration. We need a better system to protect the citizens from the lawbreaker to insure justice is served and a group effort is established. I am grateful and thankful for the service however the fight was minimum and not viewed as if it was for themselves or family member. Again. appreciative and grateful but the fight is miminum.

Being involved in a car accident, sustaining an injury and perusing a lawsuit is very stressful and confusing. I can honestly say that Morgan & Morgan’s dedication to my case was exemplary. After my total loss accident, I wasn’t sure how I was going to get into a new vehicle or afford all of the medical bills that had piled up due to the accident. Morgan and Morgan, my Lawyer Ed Hardwick and my paralegal Madiha made everything so easy for me. They helped me with every question no matter how dumb it might’ve been. My experience with Morgan & Morgan over the past six months has been extremely disappointing and frustrating due to poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable billing practices.
During the entire six-month period, I spoke with my assigned attorney only one time, and that call was initiated by me. I was repeatedly unable to reach my assigned case manager and never received proactive updates about my case. Any information I received came only after I made multiple attempts to contact the firm.
When the insurance company issued my settlement check, no one from Morgan & Morgan contacted me to inform me that the check had been received or disbursed. I had to call the firm myself, at which point I was given false information about the date the check was sent.
I was also referred by Morgan & Morgan to a chiropractor whose billing I found excessive and troubling. I was charged $11,700 for 26 visits—approximately $450 per visit—yet I received no special or advanced services. To verify this, I had a friend call the same office and ask about pricing. They were told that appointments cost $100, and the office immediately tried to pressure my friend into speaking with an attorney. Additionally, I was billed $1,500 for a one-hour phone visit and $2,950 for an in-office visit that consisted solely of sitting on a table and describing my injuries again. These charges did not reflect the actual services provided.
Due to lack of communication between Morgan & Morgan and my healthcare providers, two of my hospital bills were sent to collections, which negatively impacted me and added unnecessary stress.
By the end of this process, Morgan & Morgan collected more money from my case than I did, and I do not feel that I was treated fairly or made whole by this experience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Morgan & Morgan to others seeking attentive representation, transparency, or advocacy in their personal injury case.

I had a very bad experience with this law firm and would not recommend them.
At the beginning, I was told my case could be worth around $250,000. Over time, that number kept dropping—to $100,000, then $50,000, then $40,000, $25,000, $15,000—and I ultimately received a $3,600 check. I only agreed to settle because I was exhausted from constantly having to follow up and deal with the lack of communication.
From the start, I felt like I had to keep calling just to get updates. I was rarely contacted unless I reached out first. The process took a very long time (from 10/08/2023 to 04/04/2026), and the overall experience was frustrating.
I also didn’t appreciate being given what felt like false hope about the value of my case. In the end, some of their fees were waived so I could receive $3,600—but that is nowhere near what I was originally led to believe.
What upset me even more was that they accidentally told me how much the other person in the vehicle received, which I believe was very unprofessional and something they should not have disclosed. I was also told I would receive a call back with more information, but never heard back.
Overall, I felt the communication was poor, the process was drawn out, and expectations were not handled honestly. I would strongly recommend going with a different lawyer.
