I followed -up twice and was told the info was passed on to an attorney. I am still waiting for a call to see if they would take my case. I would expect more professionalism when I’m told to kick rocks. At least a courtesy email or phone call.

Attorney Bill Atkins and his paralegal Jennifer, worked really hard on my case. Not only were they professional, they communicated with me on a consistent basis. I previously had another attorney assigned to my case, which was at a complete standstill before choosing to go with Attorney Atkins. I must say my case was handled well. I would definitely say choosing Attorney Atkins to handle my case was the best choice that I could have made.

I did speak with a paralegal on this real time of this morning. I only spoke to him concerning my issues that I did present to the firm way over a month ago with phone calls, emails and presented documentation. The paralegal did not follow up with me in courtesy of the progress of my concerns. I have called on numerous times and left messages in awaiting for a positive response in which my case would be handled by this firm. I got nothing until this morning when he told me that the company would not proceed. I get it and accept that, but not to be called or emailed or made aware and informed about this but me having to have to reach out to this firm myself. I star this company a 1 mainly for its unprofessionalism toward potential clients. This is my opinion and I highly do not recommend others to this firm. Sincerely, Doug RN.
