  Horrible experience from start to finish. PLEASE go with a smaller, local firm. This has been an unimaginable nightmare. Constantly changing teams, no contact for weeks and weeks at a time. Choosing this firm was the worst mistake we could have ever made after the car wreck. People will speak opinion as fact. You will NOT get honest or transparent communication. No commitment of dates or even correspondence will ever be honored. You will be ignored and spoken to as if you are an idiot. Please do not trust this firm with the future of your family and health.

  Never heard back. Got text message with who was supposed to be case worker. Sent email and left VM still no replies. Only text messages that someone will be in contact, but no calls or replies to email. Guess only rich people get call backs. Sure my case is not worth their time. They more than like say they can't help cause I'm disabled and poor about to loss my house due to being treated unfairly by employers and hospital staffing due to being poor. Another we fight for the rich company!!! If your poor not worth their time I'm guessing. Disappointed ☹️

  Do not be fooled by all of their commercials and hollow promises. They have very poor customer service reps fielding calls that are way beyond their knowledge. Then once you get an attorney, getting in contact with them is like pulling teeth. My friend who used them has had the exact same horrible experience. No one at this firm takes ownership or even remembers your case details in the slightest. We both allowed Morgan and Morgan to waste months of our time for absolutely nothing. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. They use the “throw em at the wall and let’s see how many stick” approach.

  This happened to me! Everyone needs to inquire about this themselves! "I made an error in submitting the request for the funds to be disbursed from my accounting department. They had requested the W9 from Hometown Family Medicine. I obtained that, but I did not submit it properly and only realized when I received your email. You are due $XXXX.XX which was held from your settlement in the event we receive any additional bills. I have resubmitted the request with the W9 properly attached. I apologize for my part in this delay. It was a misunderstanding, but you deserve better. I will be in touch as soon as I have the check from my accounting department." Jeanne Dodge Case Manager You have to ask yourself why she would a "W9" be required for an account that no longer needs to be paid. Delaying a client's funds should really be looked into by every client out there. New or old. Or was there a mistake made by being honest about an actual account with funds in it that they hope clients don't find out about it. See what people get into when their ethics seem to be nonexistent or questionable at best. Just left messages on Jeanne's office number today 2/3/2023 and yesterday, and then just now her personal number. She didn't give me that number, one of her associates did. I wonder why. Also spoke with their client experience team yesterday 2/2/2023 and was told that I should hear something today. Approximately 45 minutes to end of business for them today. To whomever tries to respond to this with a generic message from this "law firm," you should have my number. The comments you leave on hear aren't necessary for clients that were mistreated. Action from the start are what is important. In closing, I can only conclude that this oversight was most likely not their first. This probably seems petty, but most of us have principles. And keep in mind that this law firm can (not saying they did just could) afford to pay for the positive comments even though it is unethical and probably illegal.

  Update: 👇🏽👇🏽 I literally JUST Hired Morgan & Morgan to Represent Me, & I am extremely BIG on Professionalism with *Any business. Update: 3/2/26 Morgan & Morgan dismissed Our Case very Casually by Voicemail, (Collin is asst paralegal to the Female Atty I forgot her name will edit later. Conner is the other paralegal who didn't respond to My Txts in the Chat they sent me a link to use as Our Chat communications. They chose to Believe a Video from the Attorney of the At Fault Driver, Who had a passenger & Illegal who had No Drivers License. He tried Fleeing FRM the Scene If the Accident!! They Worked Behind My BACK & Instead Sold Our Case it's obvious MY OWN Auto insurance Progressive Insurance & They Get 1 Star Too. They Both Worked behind my Back & Likely the 3rd Party, NPD You All KNW Who You Are ... I am Not At Fault for Tht Accident. Tht video is a Bogus Video and They Know WHO, they are Too; ...$ Morgan & Morgan did have us to get 7 Treatments at the Chiropractor office & also My Passenger was too & suddenly just because a "Auto Accident video that was turned in didn't even Have the Traffic Lights Posts in the Video, & It Clearly Shows the Truck making Contact with My AUTO ... & I wasn't the person/driver who was given a Traffic Citation!! Both M& M & Progressive just Playin BINGO & getting " Quick $🤑🤑... Npd admitted that Norcross HAS TRAFFIC LIGHTS Defective !!! Be Careful at Beaver Ruin & Buford Hwy! No Green Arrow it's Faulty as Other Intersections in Norcross .. 🤏🏽😫🤮🤧🤕 Watch Out+!
