  ⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. From the beginning, it felt like they didn’t care about me as a client or even know who I was. After years of trusting them with my case, communication was almost nonexistent. I would go long periods with no updates, no follow-ups, and no sense of urgency. The only thing I received were three generic legal paragraphs that explained very little and did nothing to move my case forward. There was no personal attention, no clear guidance, and no effort to keep me informed. After three years, I’m now in litigation and feel completely left in the dark about how or why things reached this point. Overall, this experience caused unnecessary stress and frustration. If you are looking for a law firm that communicates, values your case, and treats you like a real person—not just a file number—I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  Dodged a bullet by not choosing representation from this firm they never made me aware of a class action lawsuit option due to them settling with the manufacturer I am suing. They claim to be for the people but are for big business simply put. Not to mention they are unprofessional and have horrible customer service the intake specialist literally considered my case a laughable joke and was laughing as she read over my file. Unprofessional and rude to say the least.

  DON’T USE MORGAN and MORGAN !!!! My experience with them is that they are unabashedly incompetent. They have poor communication with the client. I was given delayed excuses about them not getting my medical paperwork when THEY contracted with the medical facilities. I contacted the mediCal facility and they had already sent the paperwork to them. DELAY AFTER DELAY. They don’t return calls. They sent me other clients persona information. They are the maybe the LARGEST PERSONAL INJURY LAW FIRM and POSSIBLY in my opinion the MOST INCOMPETENT. They’ve become BIG and INEFFICIENT You can complain to the district manager if you live in the Atlanta area. Contact Greg Bosseler

  My case seemed to drag on for longer than anticipated and I was really beginning to get concerned about it but all of my worries went out the window when My case was taken over by attorney RUSS DEUTSCHMAN. He did a fantastic job . Very knowledgeable and in tune with my case. He didn't waste any time in bringing my case to a resolution. He made sure that I was well informed. He was truly authentic and kept my best interest front and center. I definitely recommend Russ and the Morgan and Morgan team. Everything worked out great and he got the job done!   My lawyer expected me to take my initial offer and basically asked what am I expecting which really bothered me because I had been told the payout was up to 1million and the initial offer only gave me $4000 after all fees. I rejected that offer and got more than 5x that and still believe I could have gotten more with a different lawyer who would have been willing to go the extra mile. I wasn’t too satisfied with my service, especially being in a no fault accident with someone in a company truck.
