  It was a good experience to start. I thought I was getting the help I needed. I started with one lawyer then handed to another lawyer. The second lawyer seemed to care and take the time to explain and provide me with help. Then after the court hearing it was over! No communication! I am left holding the bag. Let me be completely honest! I am getting way more help from consulting my AI than I am from my lawyer. It has drafted my letters and responses. It has helped me prepare for the meeting and phone calls I need to attend. While my lawyer who will take a percentage is gone in the wind. Boy oh boy do I feel scammed!

  I retained this attorney’s office for a car accident in April 2025. Things started out good in the beginning but over time the communication was almost none existent. I would have to reach out to get an update and eventually someone would call back. Now ten months in I received a call from Jessica Autry saying that we received the highest offer which was very low and that she recommends that I accept it because we probably would not get more if we fought it. At this point I have been very disappointed with the service of this attorney’s office and was just ready to put the matter behind me so I accepted the offer. I signed everything nearly two weeks ago and now I am getting the run around with my settlement check. I have several emails stating that the check was on the way and that I should have received it by now but the tracking number provided by Jessica shows that the check was never mailed. Per the last email received from Jessica, she is out sick with the flu but she will have my check canceled and reissued by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. This is ridiculous but I have come to expect this from John Foy and Associates. My experience with this place has been nothing short disappointing. I highly recommend that you read the reviews on this firm before choosing them. This was my first time in an accident but if I am ever in one again, I can assure you that I will not choose this firm to represent me. Use them at your own risk but just remember you have been warned.

  Working with Rebecca and Marquita at John Foy & Associates meant more to me than I can fully express. During the time my case was ongoing, my life was changing in big ways — welcoming my first child and getting married — and they were supportive through it all. They showed genuine care not only for my case, but for me and my family during some of the most important moments of my life. They were always responsive, patient, and clear whenever I had questions, keeping me informed and giving me peace of mind every step of the way. Even during stressful moments, I felt supported, understood, and confident knowing they were in my corner. While I wish we had met under different circumstances, I’m grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and dedication they showed from beginning to end.   The reason I say this is because it's the second time that I've used John boy the first time when I was an accident they got me $15,000 then call me back two weeks later and told me they got me another $15,000 but it was really $25,000 they charged me 10,000 on that one and then when they got me the other $25,000 they charged me 10 grand on that too so I feel like this time it was the same thing $25,000 I got 15 out of it then they call me back a week later told me they got me another $25,000 I feel like they did it so they could get paid twice the 10,000 I feel like I was double charged both times I used John foy because it happened the same way both times so they could get the extra 4,500 that's how I feel
