  I would start this by saying, John Foy has Country Professionalism. From the first call to me picking my money up, I NEVER felt left out of the process. Katelyn Deruyter and her team should be an example to the whole company in how to handle a client. I am a whole basket of impatience when you don't keep me informed. And they kept me well informed above what I expected and, if you knew me, you would know I have high expectations. And they wasn't just there for the case. The had real life conversations and genuine care about me. I NEVER felt like customer #13. I was Randy Randolph and that to me is Country Professionalism. If you need a team that will fight for every single penny they squeeze for you, Call John Foy in Atl. Ga. Ask for Katelyn and her team. You're not just a paycheck, you're a person. It don't get no better than that.

  Very smooth process !!! John Foy and associates provides a very caring team and you are not just another case number.. My attorney; Mr Sheldon Dart and his assistant MsD. Willams handled my case “exceptionally well.” They communicated well during the process . Ms Willams was very knowledgeable and made gathering documents very easy She return calls promptly and if she doesn’t have the answer sure will get it . Mr Darts expertise and negotiating skills made me feel very at ease . I personally recommend Mr Dart and his personal team and know they will do their best to maximize your settlement in a timely manner .

  I reached out to John Foy & Associates about a very serious, life-changing workers’ comp case. From day one I told them I already had my documentation and evidence fully organized and ready to go. What followed was a month and a half of delays, missed callbacks, and “we’ll get back to you” with no real progress. I had to keep chasing updates instead of them taking initiative. Even after all that time, I was still being asked for basic information that should have been collected at the very beginning. With a major injury case and a court date coming up, that’s not just frustrating—it’s scary. You trust a firm with your future, and when there’s no sense of urgency or follow-through, it feels like your situation isn’t being taken seriously at all. I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, but for mine, I did not feel prioritized or supported. Because of that, I chose not to move forward with them and will be seeking representation from a firm that treats a career-ending injury case with the urgency and care it deserves. If your situation is serious and time-sensitive, I would strongly encourage you to pay close attention to how quickly a firm responds and follows through. In my experience, that did not happen here.
