  I want to sincerely thank Ryan Proctor for representing me in my temporary restraining order case. Even though we didn’t get the result I was hoping for, he was professional, dedicated, and always made me feel heard and supported throughout the entire process. Ryan took the time to explain each step of the case, prepared thoroughly, and fought hard on my behalf. What stood out most was his compassion and genuine concern for my well-being during a very stressful time. I truly appreciate the effort and commitment Ryan put into my case and would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring attorney who will stand by you and give their all.

  I came to Stearns-Montgomery & Proctor after having to fire the initial law firm that was representing me. It was an extremely stressful situation as the first law firm I hired was an absolutely horrible experience. My divorce was terribly complicated and convoluted. Caitlyn Hood is the attorney who represented me. She is phenomenal. Truly aggressive and assertive just like I needed. Caitlyn’s ability to execute the law, comprehension of divorce proceedings and strategies are truly amazing. All while showing compassion and flexibility to the human experience of divorce. From the billing practices to explanation of the various roles in the firm, I felt so much comfort in knowing that someone finally had my best interests fully prioritized. Working with Kimberly in billing was a true pleasure. She is very professional and patient. Always pleasant and willing to guide me in this unfamiliar process. Trina was my paralegal. She also was great to work with and a valuable source of information. The difference this firm made in my divorce outcome was life changing. If you are in a high conflict, complicated, difficult divorce process, these are the people you want to represent you. Thank God they took my case and helped me at such a vulnerable time in my life.

  I have appointment at 1 p.m. I surprised I found another client he's have another appointment at 1 p.m. he need me to wait to finish his appointment when I say I'll have to leave the lawyer he told me get out of my office and I told him I need my money back and other way they'll charge me $100 and I told him I'm leaving ,

  I used SM&P for an adoption with relatively unusual circumstances but after hearing my situation, my attorney Judy Sartain & her paralegal Kristi Culpepper helped to feel at ease by taking their time & explaining the process to me. They were extremely communicative and diligent and consistently made me feel like I was the only client on their roster. Judy has done over 800 adoptions and it showed! She was extremely competent and made sure that I benefited from her expertise in everything from paperwork to making sure I was aware of the next steps and how to take care of them in the simplest way. If they are representative of the culture at SM&P then I will be sure to use them again should the need ever arise.
