    I’m leaving one star simply because of my case manager and the high fees they charge. My case manager is Kejuanica Farley and I do not recommend using her by any means. She does not answer the phone will not respond to text even though she tells you to text her to get a quicker answer and WILL NOT return your calls for months. The only time you will be able to speak to her is if she settles your case and that is because she receives money as well. She has been horrible since they changed my case manager without notifying me as well. The firm as a whole is not horrible just ok their fees are insanely high and they also hold apart of your check. But I have no idea what goes on with my case no update, no check in’s, anything. I was able to get her on the line once immediately because I contacted the people with client relations and asked for a new case manager. I surely wish I could have a new one but my case is almost closed out so it’s whatever now. However I will not be using this firm ever again and do not recommend her as she once stated to me her phone is on “DO NOT DISTURB” so she doesn’t receive calls. That’s pathetic find a new job not dealing with people if you don’t like to be bothered by people. Tiffany Nanguy is also my principal attorney how do I know her name ? Not because I’ve ever spoken to her or know what she looks like or sounds like I only know because that’s what my portal says. Be prepared to never speak to your attorney or case manager. It’s been almost a year for my case in April
