    I am thoroughly disappointed with Morgan & Morgan. Based on my experience, their customer service is abysmal. They fail to maintain communication with clients and do not return phone calls. In my case, it was a complete waste of eight months. Communication with my case manager, S. Rodriguez, was a total failure; she was completely inaccessible the entire time, and I never even found out who the attorney assigned to my case was. I am currently waiting for my contract release letter, yet they are evading my calls, texts, and emails.
