The Professional Team with Tessier Law Firm is not only reassuring, they are fun, witty and delightful. The whole process from start to finish was enjoyable, informative and there is no other Estate Planning Attorney we would recommend than Tessier Law Firm. Hands down, the BEST of the BEST.   Stay away from this firm unless you are okay with getting screwed over no matter what a will outlines and get taken for everything before a PR is appointed by the court. 1. The Will clearly stated all contents was to be sold and money was to be distributed. A. This firm allowed a non-appointed PR to clear all contents from the house, stating none of it had any value. This was a flat out lie. 2. Court rejected no less than 4 orders filed by this firm due to errors in filing. A. I have copies of the rejections. 3. This firm will make up laws, statutes, and past court rulings in a cut and paste word format document to try to intimidate you and justify their extra charges after the facts. A. I have a copy of a so-called state statute they sent me that was nothing more than a cut and paste word document trying to prove their justification for doubling the PR fee from 3% to 6%. I sent back a real copy of the state statute outlining the differences in the two documents proving just what a joke and just how full of lies the copy they sent me was. I have copies of both statutes if you would like to see them. 4. This firm does not care what is written in a will and will do what ever they what to do and how they want it done, no matter what the will outlines. A. I have several emails showing the back-and-forth conversations proving this point. 5. This firm has no clue when it comes to executing a will when it comes to property that is to be sold and any monies are to be distributed to one person only in the will. A. I wanted to buy the property and was told that I could not do it because the will stated the property is to be sold and that I would get the money. 6. This firm could care less about doing what is right for the estate, She only cares for what is best for the PR that hired her firm.

  After attending an information seminar, my son and i thought the trust idea was best. Couldn't ask for a nice, professional law group tonassist is in implementing the plan. Never spoutednlegalese bit down-to-earth simple English we could understand. Bravo Tessier Law Firm. I highly recommend your firm. Thank you!

  Denise and Michelle did a trust for my husband and I, we highly recommend them for all your estate, will, and trust needs because they did an amazing job explaining details to us till we understood, they are professional, kind, knowledgeable, and everything was prepared for us in a timely manner. We felt welcomed and respected in a comfortable environment. We love that they helped set up arrangements for our dog incase needed, I now have piece of mind and comfort knowing AXL will be cared for.
