  They are absolutely terrible. I call them file an inquiry online and they don't respond for days. When they finally do respond they put me on hold for 15 minutes to find someone for me to talk to. I explain to the person that our home was damaged by a hurricane and the insurance company has not handled the claim properly. They have acted in bad faith. The Morgan and Morgan as me the date of the incident. I again explained that it was a hurricane claim and the date of the incident was the date of Hurrican Milton. I explain to them that I filed the claim with Frontline Insurance the morning following the hurricane. We went through this dance 3 times and they are still asking me for the date if the incident. My response is I've told you 3 times what are you asking me because I'm clearly not understanding your question about the date of the incident and the date the claim was filed. No response. After waiting for 10 minutes of silence. I hung up. I don't know what it takes to get someone competent to answer the phone, but clearly they haven't figured it out either.
