My policy includes non insured drivers, something that I already pay for monthly. I could have created a claim on my own with my insurance company. Instead I had to pay the firm for doing something I could have done on my own. I still have medical bills that are coming out of my pocket. My quality of life has shifted and no one will be held accountable.
