I had a terrible experience with Morgan & Morgan, specifically with an attorney named Jacob. Throughout the entire month, communication was nonexistent—he never answered calls or texts. When we did speak, he was completely nonchalant and acted like he didn't want to handle the case. He lacked the professionalism I expected and honestly sounded very inexperienced. Now, they are closing my case after providing zero actual help. I would not recommend this firm if you expect an attorney who actually cares or communicates.
