  If you're looking for a law firm, this is the one. I had a complicated issue, and the level of honesty during the consultation was refreshing. Unlike many other firms I spoke with, this team treated me like I was capable of understanding the laws and precedent I had read. I wasn’t dismissed, and the answers I received were exactly what I was looking for. I don't want to just be told what I want to hear. They truly care about their clients and their cases. If your case is the right fit and you have the opportunity to work with them, I highly recommend it. You’ll get so much more from a firm that handles your case with this level of care and compassion.

  Awesome Service!! I had so many issues with my 2024 VW Atlas, to the point where I called the manufacturer head quarter. They were no help. I was given the number for Cousins Law Firm. Right after speaking with attorney Patrick Cousins, I knew all the run around from VW will be dealt with. He has an awesome team, the ladies kept me informed by emails and calls.   I cannot say enough good things about Cousins Law Firm. For nearly six months, I struggled with Volkswagen while trying to resolve an issue involving a vehicle that qualified as a lemon. During the first year of ownership, the vehicle was in the shop at least six times and remained there for a total of approximately four months. Despite my efforts, I continued to experience delays and pushback from Volkswagen when attempting to recover my money.
