  This should be a minus 5 stars!!! These people are a fraud!! They take maney without approval from your card after you make the "one time payment!!" and they DO NOT RETURN THE FRAUFULANT AMOUNT THEY TAKE!! I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General, Florida Bar, and anyone else I can think of!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

  Extremely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Experience. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience today with this legal office was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I called seeking legal advice, and if that’s not what they do then there’s a way to gently tell the person who’s calling that you don’t do that. However, what I encountered was not legal guidance, but blatant disrespect and dismissiveness. The representative I spoke with. Male. was abrasive, cut me off repeatedly, and made no effort to understand my concern. He acted as if my situation was absurd and unworthy of attention, offered no clarification or direction, and spoke over me the entire time. He made presumptive statements such as suggesting I take a drug test—despite the fact that no drug test has been requested. It was both inappropriate and offensive. Rather than listening, he dominated the conversation, condescended to me, and made it very clear that he had no interest in actually providing help. He told me they “don’t give legal advice” and that I need to “go sit down and hire a civil attorney.” There was no empathy. No attempt to understand. No professionalism. Just dismissal and deflection. When I told him I would be leaving a review—and that I had seen others mention similar behavior—he had no response . That speaks volumes. If this is how this office treats people who come to them in good faith, seeking guidance on serious matters, then I can only imagine how many others have left feeling unheard and mistreated. I hope this review not only sheds light on what others may experience, but also encourages the office to reflect, respond, and correct this culture of condescension and disrespect. I sincerely hope no one else is treated the way I was.

  DON"T DO IT!! THEY DO NOT HELP YOU GET A DIVORCE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND! Stay away from them.

  The professionalism that every employee within this company has is top notch! In a time of need when I was in a crisis and needed help I called a lot of places and this one is the best ! They got my paper work back to me right away!! if there services is needed again I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thank you guys !

  This is absolutely the WORST company you can go to! You are seriously better off representing yourself. I initially went with them because I couldn’t afford a law firm. They recommended orders for me that I didn’t even need, like an emergency custody order...I ALREADY had my kids! I should have noticed the red flags with ALL the paperwork they make you sign stating they don’t give refunds. Well the paralegal assigned to my case didn’t complete my info in time, and I actually did request a refund! Don’t be intimidated by the paperwork they have you sign, if they don’t provide a service, they don’t need to be paid. I initially came to them in December 2018, and have been waiting to receive my refund since January/February 2019. My divorce actually finalized before this issue has! They are the most unprofessional company I’ve come across and to this day, I have never gotten a straight answer as to why my refund hasn’t been issued. I’m actually seeking legal action against them as I type this...please stay away! They will be more of a burden than a relief.
