  Being uneasy upon arriving, Karen (Attorney Metcalfe’s Assistant) quickly assuaged that fear with her calm, professional, and engaging manner. Then Attorney Metcalfe, himself, came out to greet me. His warmth put me completely at ease. Upon entering his office, I was further relaxed with the cozy, yet professional, ambience. This man remained totally engaged in my plight and offered unbiased and sound advice. His knowledge, superior communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities quickly allowed me to see my family crisis from a different perspective. And….I felt empowered to manage its challenges in a more productive manner. Within a few days of leaving this gifted man’s office, I was able to move forward further than I have in the last eight years, and my stress level has diminished significantly.
