  I had an excellent experience working with Mortellaro Law for my estate planning. After researching several firms across Central Florida and watching a number of educational videos they and others had published, I chose Mortellaro Law because of how clearly and professionally they explained what’s actually needed in Florida. That initial impression proved to be exactly right. The process was very well structured and easy to follow. It began with an initial one-hour phone call where a representative walked me through what they offer, helped me think through what I needed, and clearly explained pricing. There was no pressure, just helpful information. Once I decided to move forward, everything transitioned smoothly. I was sent a contract, and then began working closely with my Case Manager, Sarah, who handled most of the day-to-day communication. She was consistently responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful in answering questions and keeping everything on track. After reviewing all of the documents carefully, I met with my attorney, Mr. Edmiston, to go over final questions and complete the signing. He was very warm, approachable, and made sure I felt confident in every aspect of the plan. They put together a comprehensive Revocable Living Trust package for me, including a Pour-Over Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Designation of Health Care Surrogate, Declaration of Preneed Guardian, and related documents. Everything was organized and clearly explained. What stood out most to me was how they combined deep expertise with clear, practical communication. Estate planning can feel overwhelming, but they made the entire process feel manageable and even empowering.   So glad we contacted Mortellaro Law when a family member needed assistance. Our need for their services was fairly sudden and we didn't know where to begin, but Mortellaro Law was amazing. They were generous with their time, answering questions and always providing clear and concise information to help us through the complicated laws surrounding elder law and Medicaid planning. From our first consultation with Ann, to executing Advance Directives in a timely manner to best protect our loved one, to setting up a Qualified Income Trust, to completing a successful Medicaid application that we would have struggled with, we found Mortellaro Law indispensable in getting through the process while we focused on our loved one's other needs.   The entire Mortellaro Law staff, and especially Paralegal Susan Dachs, helped my husband, Sam, and I to more clearly define how our remaining financial assets will be processed on each of our demise. The creation of these trust documents required a tremendous amount of research and document creation to achieve our goals. It was a sizeable undertaking that Susan executed with supreme compassion coupled with exacting professional knowledge as to the most appropriate legal methodologies. My husband and I feel that we can rest much easier now that we know the legal vehicle has been created to make sure things go as we have planned them.   It started with an elder-law estate planning group presentation by attorney Michaelangelo Mortellaro arranged by our local HOA. Following the presentation, we asked to be contacted regarding our interest/questions regarding avoiding probate and preserving our assets for our heirs. This was followed by a personal conference. Next, our case manager, Sarah, walked us step by step through a very complex (to us) process that lead to the development of a collection of personalized legal documents that will protect our assets and make things simpler for our children when we reach the 'checkout' stage of life. We knew upfront what the cost would be and there have been no surprises.

  Moved my parents here to Florida thinking their paperwork and estate was all set, turned out it was not done properly previously in Colorado. Leaving them with potentially high risk of tax exposure and loss of assets. Michaelangelo quickly gave me a consultation and gave me and my mother a couple of options that were even more tax saving and protected the family assets and gave my mom the control and peace of mind she really needs at this stage. I had gone through 2 other firms for months trying to get a clear path or options to unwind what was erroneously done previously. Within a few weeks they had everything mapped out, set appointments, came to my parents facility and took great care and time explaining everything to them during the execution. I HIGHLY recommend giving Mortellaro Law the chance to review and quote you on any of your estate, wills, trust needs. He is an ELITE expert on asset transfer and protection. I am now having him redo my estate and structure. No one has come close to the expertise or the speed and clarity.
