  A few years ago, my wife and I decided to get our act together and have our wills drafted. Although we do not have any children, we wanted to avoid probate and have someone walk us through the many steps. Although I have been involved in the legal system for the past 45 years, I needed an Attorney, who is experienced and proficient with trusts. As an attorney myself, I have seen many good ones and few great ones. This is why we hired Michelangelo Mortellaro law firm. My parents who were approaching their 90’s needed trusts to properly administer their estate. Trusts and its administration can be very complicated and are subject to many state laws and tax issues. Mr Mortellaro met with my wife and I, and of course my parents, and discussed the many steps that would be forthcoming. Sadly my mom passed a couple months ago at age 93. When I contacted Michelangelo his firm jumped into action and led the way thru the maze of forms and other matters we needed to handle as trustees. Things have quieted down some and we feel so comfortable with the Mortellaro firm. His staff is absolutely amazing as well. Sarah was our assigned contact and she was amazing and truly helped us thru the quagmire. I am highly satisfied and strongly recommend this firm.

  It was time to write our wills, my wife and I. We read many reviews of some Tampa area law offices which deal with such document preparation. We also read about inexpensive deals but since we were doing this once, we wanted the best. We chose Mortellaro Law just to visit and see what they offered. We received transparent and clear review of what the services would include. We were educated about why a TRUST is the way to go and covered every aspect of the process. Very polite and helpful personnel. We asked many questions as we went through the process of establishing the trust. Everybody was available and the firm offered a stellar service. We are proud to have worked with such professionals and would recommend them without any reservation.
