  Lawyers told me it was my choice to go to trial or not the entire time they had my case. And then completely attacked me and disrespected me, and even made a nasty joke about me and my child in the meeting, the day of mediation. They told me they would not take the case to trial whether I wanted to or not and that I’d be going alone. All because I refused all low offers that were being thrown ant us. And then on record refused to say they were withdrawing as my attorney, and hung up the meeting phone call as well and refused to answer my question out loud. They are misleading, and don’t tell you the truth about your case until the very end and even then they’ll throw you a curve ball such as the one I just spoke of. In no way shape or form did they deserve the money they got from us. Alberto oliveri is an horrible lawyer and a complete jerk. as well as his partner. As SOON as I said no deal, I want to go to trial, their faces and tones and over all demeanor changed. Horrible people. They do not reach out to you EVER, you’ll have to call for weeks and weeks to reach anyone. And even then, they’ll promise the team will call you back. Barely ever do. They do not get all records and facts. Oh a doctor can clear up the lies with a single statement? They won’t speak to that doctor, I promise you. I have proof of everything im saying in this review. after two years of having my case, they truly let me down as the parent of a child who was injured. The way they spoke to me at mediation and basically tried to scare me and intimidate me into settling for less than what the medical bills were, is completely unacceptable and I hope John Morgan does something soon about it. They shouldn’t be allowed to represent the people when they lie, have no compassion, and completely abandoned us as a client after telling me for years we would take this to trial if it did not settle in mediation. After leaving mediation in tears and being told I’d be going to trial alone and that they would still be my lawyers but would not represent me in trial, which they CANNOT do legally, they call me hours later saying there is a higher offer because the opposing side got scared to go to trial. Hmmmmm maybe the client knew what she was talking about. As long as I have breath, anyone who asks if I would recommend Morgan and Morgan, I would say absolutely NOT. Never again will I use them for anything. Not even if my life depended on it. Alberto is a rude and nasty person with no empathy and doesnt deserve to represent anyone who was injured in the state of Florida or the world. I’d rather bozzo the clown represent me than to ever speak to anyone from their firm again. And no, im not a Karen, but I am someone who will forever advocate for the people. John Morgan claims that’s why he started this firm. Well, that’s not the principals your staff are practicing sir. I hope you see this, because I’ve got plenty of proof to share with you.

  I would like to thank the entire Morgan and Morgan team for a successful outcome to my case. I especially want to thank our Case Manager Vicki Hall in the Tampa office for her professionalism, for her help in communicating to my wife and I very complex legal processes, and being attentive to all the needs of my case which was not always easy.   DO NOT EVER USE MORGAN & MORGAN!!! During my accident case which lasted 3 years I was handed off to 4 different attorneys and never advised to that fact. They NEVER keep you updated! I was very ill prepared for my written deposition by one para-legal and extremely ill prepared for my oral deposition by my final attorney. I had wanted to go to trial but I lacked confidence in my attorney to fight for my case. I ended up settling for a fraction of what everyone thought my case should be worth. All my medical bills were settled for a third of what was owed, but Morgan & Morgan of course took their full payment without any deduction leaving me with a very small pittance from the settlement! Then my lawyer left the firm (fired or quit?) on the very next day of him stating that he didn't want to go to trial! I was given a 15 page legal document to sign but had NO LAWYER to advise me on the number of questions I had!!! Finally, I've been waiting for months to get my pittance then had to track down my last para-legal and she had the the gall to tell me "Oh, I'm so sorry I thought that had been take care of months ago". THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM EVER!!! I thought about suing them for legal malpractice but know I would be fighting an uphill battle and would spend everything I own in hiring another attorney!

  Great family, great company. Worked with a couple attorneys the latest being Harran Udell and his team as my case was transferred to him very late in the process. Harran didn't hesitate to give me the advice I needed though it wasn't ideal to hear at the time. He and his team quickly put me to ease though and kept my case on track. In the end I received the right advice a better outcome and most importantly relief from the stress these things can bring even when you've done nothing wrong in your case. They understand that and though they're busy winning cases for all of their clients they will find time for you. Thank you!
