Then he called me a week later after I left him a email, text message, n voice mail. He told me he was leaving for a couple of days. He should have left someone to take his cases while he was gone. Morgan n Morgan handles accident cases. NOT DISABILITY! I'm going to a local disability Lawyers this time. Plus, they have a 4.6 star rating n another a 4.8 star rating. Their commcials is always about accidents. I wouldn't recommend Morgan n Morgan to anyone if they want to get their disability bc they won't help u at all.

Attorney's my deceased husband and I had used before in completely separate issues. I am not sure if I am dealing with wrongful death or medical malpractice or a combination of both which is what I believe has happened. Their first point of contact was pleasant, the second one not so much. She was more concerned with my age than the purpose of my call. What does my age have to do with my loss? It doesn't matter, I terminated the call. I'll find an attorney that wants to listen to my story, not my age.

Morgan and Morgan literally took the case with incredible kindness towards me. They handled everything so that all I had to do was worry about healing both physically as well as mentally. They made the process easy for me so I could get on with my life and not have any burdens during what was a difficult time. Brad stayed in touch with me even when the news was not so good and said he would continue to stay on this case hoping something would be revealed. All glory to God! And thank you for your efforts. 8 months later and just in time for the holidays they finally found the person who hit me from behind and ran at the scene.
