Throughout the process, he repeatedly failed to communicate important information and often mixed me up with other clients, even after I provided all documents he requested. It became clear he hadn’t reviewed my paperwork before our calls, and when I pointed out these issues, he was dismissive and unhelpful. His tone became short and unprofessional, and my questions were never properly addressed. I ended up not filing and dismissing the case. He failed to mention the bankruptcy would stay on my credit report for 7 years. I learned that through another bad review for this firm after the fact. Overall, the service was disorganized, disrespectful, and far below what I expected. Do yourself a favor and go with another firm if you must file for bankruptcy. Worst experience of my life.
