Terrible customer service. Very hard to get anyone on the phone without long wait times. I personally prefer to use a smaller court reporter with a personal touch who actually cares about their relationships with their clients.

I just started using Esquire with my current employer and it is a game changer! Esquire assists in the organization of my cases to the point that the once difficult and annoying task of sharing voluminous document productions to many parties is now simple and super effective. Their assistance in the coordination and court reporting of hearings and depositions is also on point. They are a one stop shop with an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Esquire is definitely the way to go!
