The experience was outstanding, thanks to the efficient and professional service provided by Kim Creasy, our licensed title agent. What stood out most was the speed of the closing process. We managed to close two days earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise and a huge benefit in the real estate market. The communication between all involved parties was fluid and transparent, ensuring that everyone was on the same page throughout the process. Additionally, Brown & Associates offered mobile closing options, which were extremely convenient and tailored to our needs. - DFDavid FullerMar 28, 20241.0If I could give this company negative 10 stars, I would. My wife and I purchased a vacant lot that turned out to be two separate parcels. On the real estate land contract, I wrote out one parcel’s full legal description as well as “riparian rights, further described above, including existing dock.” Unfortunately, the Brown & Associates title agent only titled one parcel in our name. The riparian (river) parcel with the dock was not titled in our names. This ludicrous error cost us several thousand dollars. I contacted the Attorney/Owner of Brown & Associates Law & Title, Barbara M. Brown, about the issue. When she finally called me back, Ms Brown was rather unpleasant, of no assistance and refused to take any responsibility for her employee’s egregious error and resulting damages. I was also very disappointed to see that Ms. Brown was disciplined by the Florida Bar in November 2021. Never again.
