  Mr. Shapley represented me for my case. Not only did he keep me up to date on everything I was to expect but I genuinely felt I had the best individual for the job. He went above and beyond to ensure the best outcome was achieved. His knowledge and expertise within this field has not only helped me tremendously in the lens of the law, but this gentleman is Tier 1 material.   Mr. Timothy Jansen, a.k.a. Perry Mason, is the best Defense Lawyer anybody can hire! He is well respected and a great man! He listens, prepares and attacks the prosecution like a savage! From day 1 of hiring and meeting him, I knew this was the right man for the job! People say he's high priced, but you can't put a price on FREEDOM! Thank you sooo much Mr. Jansen, you are the BEST!

  BEWARE USING THIS FIRM!!! A dear friend trusted these people 20 YEARS AGO!! She didn’t understand anything about the laws or such. She was accused of something she didn’t do and the lawyer at the firm told her it was best to plead NO CONTEST. She didn’t understand at that time he was just taking her money but he knew the offense would stay on her record forever as a FELONY!!! She is a medical professional and if she had known this she would have ran to another attorney who would have been willing to work for her and not just take her money. She found out YEARS later when she applied for jobs and would get denied. Why did she pay all the money and do what they wanted if it was still going to be a felony? She probably would have came out better just letting them haul her away to jail even though she had done nothing wrong! But she was melanin…guess that’s why she got that treatment. RUN unless you still want to be paying for it 20 or 30 years later! They didn’t try to do what was in her best interest at all. They could have gotten charges dropped or reduced.
