- JBJoana BotchwayJun 8, 20211.0No stars. After the attorney, Jonathan Haynes was assigned my pro Bono case through legal aid. After I told him about my case. He called and had my entire intake with legal aid challenged because he didn’t want to work for free. I have been on the waitlist for 2 years with legal aid. And since I don’t make enough money to afford any attorney I’m stuck two day before a hearing. All the attorney had to say in explanation was that there are so many in need. I’m single black mother who works as hard as i can to care for my child. Her father has council in our family court dispute that he formed and I just wanted a chance to have some defend me.
