After not being released on a Wednesday as required, I finally called this firm on Friday afternoon. Joe Gufford and his team immediately went to work to secure her release. Being a Friday afternoon, we knew that nothing would happen until sometime the following week. Joe called me on both Saturday and Sunday to see how my wife was doing and then Bam, she was released Monday shortly after lunch. I can't thank them enough for working so quickly and genuinely caring about our situation. Highly recommended!
