  I had a very disappointing experience with this office (Ashley Copley). Throughout my case, I repeatedly had to provide the same information, which made me feel like my file was not being thoroughly reviewed. I raised concerns about my ex-husband’s financial disclosures, including land property and rental income. I was informed that he had to give up the land because he could not afford payments. However, I later learned that the property was still in his possession and that rental income was assisting him financially. I did not feel there was sufficient investigation into these issues, despite bringing them to my attorney’s attention. I also provided threatening messages I received but did not feel supported in addressing them appropriately. During mediation, I was told that if we did not reach an agreement, my legal fees would increase significantly. I felt pressured to settle. Although we resolved the case at mediation, I was later surprised to receive an additional bill despite not proceeding further. Overall, I did not feel adequately represented or advocated for during a very difficult time. I had hoped for stronger investigation, clearer communication, and more support. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected.

  I would not advise anyone looking to find justice or representation that will provide you a fair and unbiased attorney to use this firm. Brett is actually a really nice guy and gives you his undivided attention but Alison will belittle you, tell you to do or agree to things and won't remember and you will be lucky if she remembers you. They have one email for the whole firm so anything you send will be seen by everyone at that office and their is no attorney client privilege as your business is known by everyone. After paying her over 10 grand and a month away from a court date that has taken 2 years to come about, she withdrew as my attorney and left me broke and with no chance at justice after being a victim of Domestic Violence and living through hell on earth. She doesn't care about her clients, only the money they may possibly bring her. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else.

  Very friendly greeting and professional when we entered. We were given ample time to fill out paperwork in a comfortable waiting room. Everything was on a professional level and yet friendly as well. I was nervous before meeting but very confident that things would be taken care of.

  One of the worst things i had to go through (divorce after 30 years of marriage) BUT Copely made it smooth. After finding out March 1st I was needing a divorce, Copley was able to help me get it done. Signed and DONE by end of July. Professional, helpful, and definitely recommend.
