  I found Lesley through a referral and was her client for about 2.5 years. At first, I was anxious and nervous about hiring a lawyer, but I knew I had to—and I’m so glad I chose Lesley. She and her assistant, Kelli, were consistently helpful, responsive, and patient with all of my questions and concerns. They provided the grounding I needed during a very stressful time. Lesley’s knowledge of the law is impeccable, and she follows the rules to the letter. She truly listened to what I wanted as her client, but also pushed back when necessary to ensure I understood what was realistic and what would hold up in court. She doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear—she tells you what you need to hear, backed by facts and sound legal judgment. Thanks to her expertise, she was able to keep me out of court and successfully mediate my case in my favor. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for both Lesley and Kelli. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a family law attorney.

  I’m so glad I did not pay the $4500 retainer. Had a great consultation with attorney Abbott but wanted me to pay over an email link, I decided to go to the office to pay in person and meet my soon to be new lawyer, instead I was greeted with rudeness and questions as to why I was their. Informed the receptionist that I wanted to see Mrs. Abbott . This women was very rude and told me if I wanted to speak with her I’d need to pay a consultation fee, I then responded “I’m not paying almost 5 grand to pay more to talk with my lawyer, I’ll take my business elsewhere.” She then tried to be nice but I was already walking out the door. The receptionist definitely lost a good paying client for this attorney.

  My husband and I did a private adoption and Lesley was there for us every step of the way. She made sure to protect us and put our minds at ease. I can happily say 3 years down the road that everyone is doing well and living their best life. I highly recommend her and consider her part of the fam!

  DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN Worst divorce attorney ever. Gave her $4500 and nothing to show for it. Very rude, unprofessional and talked down to me every time I spoke with her about my case. Now she wants more $ or she’s going to drop me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Listen to these reviews and RUN the other way. You’ve been warned.
