  After a former landlord wrongfully withheld my security deposit, I sought legal help. When I explained everything to Scott Wesley and showed him documentation and receipts, he immediately agreed to help me. He was incredibly transparent about what to expect, warning me that it could take years to resolve and that even then, I might not ever get the money back from my landlord's LLC. After explaining that if my landlord did this to me, he did it to others and I didn't want anyone else taken advantage of, he got right to work. It did in fact take years of serving my former landlord, court dates, etc. and he has always updated me with the progress. The legal system is slow, so even when I've called simply to check in, he has always been patient with my questions. He is someone who cares deeply about his clients because he sees them as people first. He is always willing to go the extra mile, and fight for what is right, even when it is just a seemingly small case like mine.

  I am disappointed with my experience working with Attorney Scott Wesley. Based on my personal experience, I did not feel that my case was handled in the thorough and proactive manner I was expecting. I signed an agreement after consultation, but later felt that certain terms were not fully explained in a way that I clearly understood at the time. As a result, I experienced financial loss that I believe might have been avoided with more detailed review and discussion. During meetings, I sometimes felt that discussions were not always focused on the specific strategy or forward movement of my case. Over time, hearings were rescheduled, and I did not see the level of progress toward trial that I had hoped for. I was also concerned about billing, as I personally did not feel that the charges reflected meaningful advancement in my matter. Ultimately, I made the decision to retain new counsel to move my case forward. The above reflects my personal impressions regarding my own matter and is shared to describe my experience only.

  Highly recommend Scott and his team 100 percent. He handled my divorce with great care, compassion, and professionally. He also actually answers emails and phone calls, which was something my previous lawyer did not do. If you need legal advice or to hire an attorney in his area of specialty, I highly recommend Scott Wesley.

  I have been working with Scott wesley for my family law matter and I am extremely impressed with his timely responses, compassionate manner and willingness to do what it right by his client. I have been his client for over a year now, and Scott does not back down or give up until the right thing is done. He is persistent and consistent with his work. I will ALWAYS RECCOMEND Scott to anyone who needs help with family law. Plus, Scott is a great person, and not a typical lawyer. He cares about his client and that's exactly the reason I hired him. Do yourself a favor and save you time, stress and money and hire Scott, you will not be disappointed. All the other reviews must've had a different Scott for an attorney, because what they're saying is 100% wrong.

  This is being posted under my account but this is from my husband. If you want a law office that will be there for you whenever you need him. Scott is your man. We had a very high conflict child custody case with a lot of lies to sort through. Scott navigated my family through these very choppy waters with a fantastic outcome. We got our children out of a very sticky situation. If you find yourself in a situation when you need someone who is on your side, you cannot find a better attorney to fight for your family.
