- DDDarral DavisAug 27, 20251.0During the end of August 2025, I searched the internet for a law practicing Attorney in the Manatee - Sarasota County, Florida that untake a civil injury issue. Also, this practice is station in Illinois, where my injury occurred. I drove to the Sarasota Office in an industrial area place which appears to be not open to the general public ( front door was latchet secured @ 1445 hrs) and l was able to speak with DAVID MARCO. DAVID was busy on an appointment call so, l was able to speak with the female assistant// office associate. She took all my personal & case information (also a copy of paperwork) concerning a Bait & Switch situation. This practice appeared to be genuine and DAVID told me that I will heard from him before approximately 7 days. Mr. DAVID MARCO has not called/text me and today, I called the Sarasota Office twice and they hung up on me. This law practice doesn't care for the Working/LEO people.

It took many months but in the end all funds + more were returned to my daughter! I have nothing but the utmost respect for these 2 gentlemen.
