The man that answered the phone (Daniel) was extremely rude, impatient and dismissive from the moment the call begin. He spoke to me in a condescending tone. I felt like I was being judged as if I wasn't worth their time or couldn't afford their services - without even knowing anything about me or my situation. I understand that attorneys are busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially when someone is reaching out for help. If the front line communication is this disrespectful I can only imagine how the rest of the experience might go. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for legal representation.
