  I would appreciate friendlier people on the phone services, ladies that answer this phone have a terrible attitude. I don’t know what their problem is, but when a client pays money to have something taken care of, they don’t need to have an attitude. I didn’t appreciate it at all very snide as if they were talking to a child. Correction is needed immediately.

  Endings don't have to be sad. Goodbyes don't have to be hard. Planning for “the final farewell” can be easy-going and sometimes even bring a smile or chuckle. And that's what we experienced at The Diamond Law Firm in St. Petersburg, FL. Ben Diamond, our attorney, and Nina Aguilera, his paralegal, immediately put us at ease. Ben explained each recommended document (last will and testament, living will, durable power of attorney, health care surrogate, etc.) clearly and concisely. He answered all of our questions about probate (we plan to avoid this process as much as possible). We discussed trusts, designated beneficiaries including charity gifting, and the associated legal hierarchy. Ben showed us how to create a “Separate Writing” to legally designate specific items to selected individuals. The entire process was efficient and very reasonably priced. During the first meeting we discussed our options and addressed the proper documentation. We made our decisions and returned a second time to review, notarize and sign the final paperwork. We shook hands and walked out with our completed packet. Nina even included a template to assist us with creating the Separate Writing. After signing on the dotted line, we congratulated ourselves. Another necessary task completed, and done so quite comfortably. In addition, the prices are very reasonable - we had reviewed similar estate attorneys before calling Ben.   We had fantastic service in a hurry. Because we were leaving the country for an extended period Sandra Diamond expedited updates to our estate plans to finish within a very short schedule and did it at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent throughout the process and all of our questions were answered in a professional manner. We would highly recommend Diamond Law.

  Few of us face mortality with equanimity. The legal paperwork reminds us of things left undone or issues not resolved, particularly family decisions. Ben Diamond took the time to guide us through not only the relevant paperwork but also to help us clarify our thinking and decide how to approach our will. He gave us the option we needed to do what we wished when we had been wrestling with the issue for months. His legal work was sterling, but even better for us, his calm and expertise gave us the means to do what was needed to make things easy for our family. The staff took the time to put us at our ease as well and we are sure that they will make the rest of the process work well for our children.
