  She handled my father’s will until we found out that she was doing something illegal. Then many years later she handled my grandmothers will that my aunt had taken to her and the trust company was changed along with there being no record of the jewelry that my grandmothers will was supposed to have. There was also a lawyer who lied to us about the jewelry belonging to my aunt that she probably had paid off! This woman is not trustworthy! I bet Helena didn’t tell you that she told my mom that she stole the jewelry!! Sarah also kept us in the dark when they changed the trust company, which is illegal!

  My experience with Sarah and her law office has been absolutely wonderful. A year ago she helped me through a sensitive issue with family in regards to a will. Most recently she has helped me with estate planning as well. Everyone in this office is absolutely professional, and their integrity is gold. Highly highly recommended!

  I am giving this rating based off my recent experience this firm. They were in charge of handing a family member’s estate and coordinating the disbursement of funds after the member had passed on. Initially, it seemed as if everything was going smoothly. Documents were sent and signed in a timely fashion. All that was left was to send the checks out. From there, the whole situation became a complete debacle. With family members waiting for their disbursal funds. When we contacted the firm, they assured us there were no issues and something should be arriving by mail soon. After waiting another week, we contacted the firm again with the same questions. Only now, they were pointing fingers at the trust company who, in turn, pointed fingers back at this firm. I would have expected better from a firm that claims to specialize in estate handling. But, as of this writing, we are no closer to receiving our disbursement. Attempts to contact them with questions resulted in a very condescending attitude from the person we spoke to over the phone. Being told “we get paid for our time”, when you are in fact getting paid to handle the the trust, showcased the lack of professionalism we dealt with. Not all of us are legal experts. So we might require a bit of explanation. Mysterious last minute expenses showing up well after everything was signed and a lack of communication has led to us being very leery of utilizing this firm in the future or recommending them to anyone else.
