  I highly recommend Robert for any tenant issues. I’m have used him a few times and get superior results every time. He is prompt, honest, answers all questions and delivers results fast. I could not be more happy with his services. I have referred many client over the years and they have also reported positive results. Dont try to do these things on your own, let a trained attorney do this and simplify your life- you will end up getting lawyered up anyway. Get that tenant out before they destroy your property- get it done fast- that is my testimony. Ty Robert for being the best! Another positive result. 🫶🏽🫵🏻

  * This Robert Worman is truly amazing: While all other lawyers ask you for $2500 dollars upfront, Robert asks you to "pay for what you need" So, the initial Notice To Vacate is only $100 and that was pretty much all was needed to get rid of my trouble room mate. He has other fees for when cases get more complicated - all at reasonable rates. * Gets even better: Since this was my first eviction, Robert offered me invaluable professional support and coaching to make me succeed with the least amount of effort. * And strategies. . . When is the right time to keep your mouth shot and wait for the room mate to say, do or write something stupid so he can win the case. I congratulate him on his new office; nicer location, better looking building, kind of luxurious office. Very good. I'm already recommending him to all my friends in the real estate busines. 👍👍 TWO THUMBS UP!
