I hired them right away, and at first, everything seemed fine — we got the ball rolling quickly. Then, just a few days ago, another person from the same accident (also not at fault) contacted them, and suddenly, we both got dropped. I had already started my doctor’s appointments and now have no idea where I stand. It’s shocking and disappointing to be treated this way after going through so much already. My advice: don’t hire them — when you need help the most, they might just walk away. I lost precious time!
