  EXTREME WARNING / REVIEW OF MORGAN & MORGAN I am completely fed up with Morgan & Morgan and feel compelled to share my experience to warn anyone considering this firm. Both the attorney, SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney), and the case manager, STEPHANIE (Manager), showed an appalling lack of professionalism, empathy, and human decency. Their handling of my case was negligent, dismissive, and frankly abusive. From the very start, my case was left completely in the air. STEPHANIE (Manager) was unclear, inconsistent, and incapable of providing the guidance necessary for my case to proceed respectfully. Despite providing all requested information, I was left waiting for weeks without updates, communication, or any consideration for my time, work, or financial burdens. I had to chase answers constantly, and they never provided a proper contact number. This is beyond frustrating—it is unprofessional and reckless. When I finally managed to speak with SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney), it became even worse. Instead of guidance or professionalism, I was met with condescension, judgment, and hostility. SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) minimized my situation repeatedly, saying things like “everyone has debts,” dismissing the fact that I had just been in a car accident, had to pay for repairs and work-related expenses out of my own pocket, and had no days off. She treated me as if I were stupid for not “knowing better,” questioned why STEPHANIE (Manager) had opened my case, implied that I was lying, and spoke over me loudly and dismissively. Throughout this ordeal, both SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) and STEPHANIE (Manager) demonstrated zero empathy, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. They treated me as if my life, my time, and my personal information were meaningless. I was made to feel guilty for circumstances entirely beyond my control, blamed for not understanding processes that they never clearly explained, and judged harshly for decisions only I could make. Their arrogance, hostility, and complete lack of human decency are shocking. Both SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) and STEPHANIE (Manager) utterly failed in their duties. Their negligence, poor communication, and abusive behavior caused me unnecessary stress, financial strain, and emotional distress. This is not just unprofessional—it is abusive, and no one should be subjected to this. I am completely fed up with their disregard for clients’ needs, time, and well-being.   They are not even worth one star. The lawyer was cold and distant The paralegal that worked on our case was LAZY, LAZY, LAZY. What a joke! Don't use them for anything, they are not FOR THE PEOPLE!

  I would like to leave a review of my experience with Rachel Dobson in the Plantation Fl. Office. This is the 1st time I have left a review for anything, I felt compelled to leave this review and I hope anyone in the future that needs help with a Workers Comp. Case will seriously consider using Rachel with Morgan & Morgan. First I would like to start off by saying that I was really skeptical using a Big brand name for my Workers Comp. Case because if you ever need to go through one, you will realize what a nightmare the system is, and I was worried about getting the attention to my case that I needed from a big named firm. I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail I received from Rachel and her assistant Yardleen. I have been working with them for over 4 years and every time I have a question or receive something I need an explanation for, they have both responded promptly every time throughout the over 4 years I’ve been working with them. I felt so confident and comfortable with every explanation I received from Rachel. She is so knowledgeable in the Workers Comp. System and had an answer and explanation for every issue that came up. I can’t tell you how many times I would receive an emailed response to a question after 10:00 pm or over the weekend, not trying to be funny but honestly it’s like she doesn’t sleep. It honestly felt like I had a direct line of communication at anytime throughout the over 4 years. She is also a tough negotiator and will fight to get you everything that is owed to you and won’t let you be taken advantage of. I hope this review helps someone in the future if they need to decide on representation for a workers comp. case. If you have to go through one, you will quickly realize how thankful you will be that you chose the right attorney to protect and fight for you. Thank You so much Rachel & Yardleen, you have truly been a blessing to me.

  For all the Great game that he talks about on the radio, The firm's professionalism and services terrible. I called their office number and hit #2 to speak with somebody but instead of letting you speak with an employee they have this long recording of John Morgan telling you a stupid story. Then when I call back and hit #1 the human robot refuses to help me out. Their firm is honestly terrible.
