    The paralegal Belda kept asking for information/ documents which were emailed as attachments over and over. We would send them over and she couldn’t find or keep track of them. This was email 101 for beginners… very frustrating to see such incompetence. Additionally it was like pulling teeth to finally get our settlement check because she needed additional banking information, but failed to tell us what we submitted was insufficient. We had to ask over a period of weeks where the money was since she didn’t get back to us on the matter of us providing additional banking information. She just sat on it… the settlement money just sat. I’m not sure how someone who can’t locate a file in an email can be a paralegal. Her followup and follow-through was less than average.

    They helped me before several years ago when they're a little bit smaller and we're OK had a situation arise currently and felt like I was just lost in the shuffle. I believe they just got too big and not getting their personal service. Seems like that's what's happening with the world today everything is just a big corporate world.

    This place was there for me during a very difficult time after my car accident, just as I was preparing for an important meeting they decided to drop me. I called them back to get a clearer understanding, and I was told that he had no coverage, falsely claiming to have medical coverage, even though the driver owns a whole pool company. I am now representing myself. It was unprofessional to be left hanging in the middle of a case without any effort to see it through. I advise anyone considering this company to be aware that their primary focus appears to be on money, which is important to keep in mind.

    Nicole was very friendly and helpful . I was hesitant and nervous about talking to somebody. But she walked me through everything and really give me some peace of mind. Glad I decided to choose them.

    Do not hire Morgan & Morgan if you are involved in a multiple-car accident. I was in one and was not at fault. I hired them right away, and at first, everything seemed fine — we got the ball rolling quickly. Then, just a few days ago, another person from the same accident (also not at fault) contacted them, and suddenly, we both got dropped. I had already started my doctor’s appointments and now have no idea where I stand. It’s shocking and disappointing to be treated this way after going through so much already. My advice: don’t hire them — when you need help the most, they might just walk away. I lost precious time!
