  Unless you're an easy million dollars for them, they'll do nothing for you. Zero "fight" in them. A year after taking our case, they keep saying they're still waiting on medical papers, they give us no advice on what to do, every couple of months they send a message to us that they are getting ready to send a proposal to the insurance company and they still haven't done it. Wasted a year on them to do absolutely nothing.

  I’ve done brought them 3 cases in last 2 years and everything they tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I had an easy win and all the paperwork, video, and pictures to verify everything. I was still told they couldn’t do anything. So basically if they can’t win millions of dollars out of your case they won’t even bother with it. So they aren’t here to help you like they swear on their commercial they are only here for they’re on gain because I had a win win case and they denied me.

  If your medical bills exceed what the other person’s insurance will pay, even if you are not at fault for an accident, Morgan and Morgan will drop you. We were told to “tighten our belts” financially after a horrific accident.

  Biggest mistake I made, at one time I was told I had 3 different case, went from been a white glove client to no longer been a client with in 6 months, the best decision I made was to changed law firm, fast settlements and over 3 times the amount, and it took about 90 days. Response time was horrible, Mr Morgan advertises like he still practicing law with an email address but after doing research I found out he retired and no one checks emails according to his staff. Trying to reach out to for help and answers was a struggle, the attorneys are very young with very little experience, looking for a fast settlement with out actually putting 100% effort. The outcome of my 2 cases was over 3 times higher of what Morgan & Morgan had to offer as settlement. I did my research, higher 2 different law firms with much better results and attorneys with more than 20 years of experience.

Let's go through the entire process BEFORE, I give my honest review, based on how I would rate.
