My family and I were in a serious rear end collision while stopped at a red light. The other driver, who crashed into us, was at fault.
For the first few days after the car crash, I was in contact with the other driver's insurance company. They wasted no time letting me know that they were going to determine how this claim was going to be settled.
When it became evident that we needed an attorney, we decided very quickly to call Walborsky, Bradley and Fleming. WBF returned our call and in no time my wife and I were talking with Mr. Bradley and his paralegal, Tina Palm who would be representing us in this matter.
Mr. Bradley and Ms Palm were great. They were both professionals who were very knowledgeable about personal injury law. They were also very kind and considerate people who understood our concerns and made it a point to keep in touch and keep us informed about case progress.
When settlement with the other insurance company came around, Mr. Bradley did not hesitate to fight for us. As clients, he put our needs first and I will always thank him for it.
While it can be argued that nothing good can come out of an auto crash, I would say that my family and I had the good fortune to meet and work with Mr. Bradley and Ms. Palm.
