- MAMs AliciaNov 24, 20251.0If I could give negative stars I would. Jason Waddell prepared a new will for my mom in 2024, AFTER she had been declared incapacitated in 2023 (due to memory loss from Alzheimer's) by her neurologist. He chose to believe lies and false accusations from strangers that had been taking advantage of my mom for years. He put money before the welfare of my mom. And to make it even worse, in the will he prepared he named the new POA as one of the women that had been taking advantage of my mom. What type of lawyer would do this?! I would NEVER recommend Jason Waddell to anyone. He shouldn't be able to practice law as what he did was extremely unethical.

When we did her living will and advance directives and quick claim deed for my mother's home he came to my mother's nursing home and with knowledge and dignity was able to take care of her needs!
