I highly recommend Branden Morris. I was charged with DUI and he did manage to get me the best possible outcome that I could hope for. I knew that my case would not be a dismissal, but The outcome for me was favorable. He put in the work and made it happen.

I had never been in any kind of legal trouble, not even a speeding ticket, so when I found myself in unexpected trouble with a very unusual case I knew I needed help. From a panicked 7:45am phone call saying I need help, to the final conclusion five months later, Mr. Morris was truly worth it. Every meeting we had was productive, where he always had answers for me. One thing that really sticks out, though, is when it came down to it, and PTI was the only option, someone else involved with my situation had hired another attorney where he had them take the state's first offer and move on. Mr. Morris told me that he thinks he can do better than what the state is offering. About a month later I got a text from him asking to come in and go over what deal he had worked out. It was a much better offer than what the state had originally offered, so waiting a month for him to negotiate some things saved me 6 months. It would have been easy for him to say this is what the state's offering, sign here, okay case closed. But he didn't, and that really is the difference between Mr. Morris and other attorneys, he will fight for you. In my very unusual case that I image there is little to no case law on, he navigated it with professionalism and grit to reach the finish line with the results being the best that they could be. He turned a traumatic situation into something far less overwhelming by showing unwavering confidence, the kind that makes you think, “He’s calm, so I can be too.”

By far the most knowledgeable Attorney I’ve dealt with. From the consultation through the resolution of the case he promptly returned my calls, was respectful, understanding, and courteous, and. obtained great results. 100% recommend hiring Attorney Brandon Morris.

I would NOT hire Brandon Morris. I hired him after my daughter was arrested due to a vindictive/manipulating estranged husband. He wanted $7,000 to represent her, which was paid. She was then arrested again and Brandon said he needed another $3,000. I got a cashier's check for the amount and mailed it to his address with tracking 10 days before her court appearance on 2nd charge. He knew it was coming and I showed him where it was delivered to his office. We waited a week to see if it would show up and his office never found it. I told him I would wire him the money and to still continue to work on her cases. He KNEW he was getting the money but didn't show up for first appearance nor did she because he said he had it HANDLED. Well, there was a warrant out for her arrest for Failure to Appear and she was arrested again and had to stay the night in jail. He first said it was about the money then he said he forgot because he had his own personal issues going on. Did not get an apology nor any money back and the 2nd charge got to DA before any court proceedings, and he dismissed the charge for no evidence. The whole time Brandon was hired, he acted like we were bothering him when we called about questions or talked condescending to us as if we should know. Well, we are not a criminal family, and this was all new to us. I hired you, answer my damn questions. And, like I said he refunded no money. $10,000 wasted because he didn't do a damn thing. Unprofessional at best! I didn't want to give one star but had too for review to post.
