Phillip Pugh and the rest of the team were very thorough and made sure everything was accounted for. They helped us through the process quickly but were willing to answer all of our questions as they arose. Julia worked with us to sign all of the paperwork and she took the time to explain each document. It was a pleasure to work with everyone here and I appreciate the help and guidance they provided. I will work with them again in the future if needed.
- HHhollywud hemiJul 23, 20252.0i was trying to set a will for my family, tomorrow isn't promised with that being said, she seemed friendly and helpful at first, haley is who im referring to, i sent a couple of emails and she responded in a timely matter, since then i sent a couple of emails with no response. I tried to call haley, the receptionist confirmed she was in the office, i that she would have her get back with me, of course no call back or email response. No worries on my end there are plenty of firms that will be consistent and take my monies;) Just beware dealing with haley at this firm, you might be wasting your time! 2 stars is because she was nice when i did speak with her.
