  Needed help with the transfer of a property deed within the family. Phillip Pugh and the rest of the team were very thorough and made sure everything was accounted for. They helped us through the process quickly but were willing to answer all of our questions as they arose. Julia worked with us to sign all of the paperwork and she took the time to explain each document. It was a pleasure to work with everyone here and I appreciate the help and guidance they provided. I will work with them again in the future if needed.

  i was trying to set a will for my family, tomorrow isn't promised with that being said, she seemed friendly and helpful at first, haley is who im referring to, i sent a couple of emails and she responded in a timely matter, since then i sent a couple of emails with no response. I tried to call haley, the receptionist confirmed she was in the office, i that she would have her get back with me, of course no call back or email response. No worries on my end there are plenty of firms that will be consistent and take my monies;) Just beware dealing with haley at this firm, you might be wasting your time! 2 stars is because she was nice when i did speak with her.

  lady on the phone answered they want$250 to answer a yes or no question if there is anything i can even do about my former landlord keeping my deposit not if i can get my money back IF THERE IS ANYTHING TO BE DONE . So no i would not recommend a company that already have bad reviews poor quality not professional and definitely not responsive

  LBWB handled the closing of our home in the fall of 2019 in exemplary fashion. We were out of state clients, LBWB were there for us every bit of the way. The communication from the team was always on point and promptly responded to. Because of the nature of our closing we had to have several extra documents drawn up and everything was spot on. I will always recommend LBWB to anyone I know for title work, wills, and trusts. The high standard of excellence, professionalism, and integrity of are the foundation of their business motto and it shows.

  If I could leave a zero, I would. Horrible company. Extremely rude and GREEDY. After they receive their money and the transaction is done, they are done with you. Will not even offer the aid I was asking for which was a simple phone number. I was told not to contact their offices again because their obligations were fulfilled. .. In other words, we have your money, we are through with you. No words can fully express my discontent.
