  Ich habe diese Rechtsanwaltskanzlei durch das Internet entdeckt und um rechtlichen Beistand in einer Erbschaftsangelegenheit gebeten, nachdem zwei in Deutschland ansässige Rechtsanwälte sich die Zähne an der Kommunikationsbereitschaft einer Bank und eines Notars in den USA ausgebissen haben. Hatte ich Anfangs noch Zweifel bezüglich eines möglichen Erfolges, so änderten sich diese recht schnell in Zuversicht. Vom ersten Tag an fühlte ich mich gute aufgehoben. Ob es bei den Videokonferenzen war, in denen ich ausführlich informiert wurde und auf meine Fragen jederzeit ausführlich eingegangen wurde oder in dem ständigen Email-Austausch mit der Kanzlei. Ich erhielt jederzeit Updates über die aktuellen und zukünftigen Schritte der Kanzlei sowie dem Schriftverkehr aller Beteiligten. Mit dem Endresultat, dass innerhalb von nicht einmal drei Monaten der Sachverhalt zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit abgeschlossen werden konnte. Ich kann abschließend nur betonen, dass ich in meinem Leben inklusive dieser hier genau zwei mal eine Rezension geschrieben habe. Weil ich der Meinung bin, für "normale", sich mit der nötigen Mühe erzielten Erfolge nicht jedes mal ein Lobestext verfasst werden muss und zum anderen, weil es in der heutigen Zeit immer weniger Dienstleister zu geben scheint, die zwar möglichst schnell möglichst viel Geld verdienen wollen, allerdings dafür auch möglichst ohne viele Anstrengungen. Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Kanzlei ist durchweg positiv. Jederzeit professionell, mitteilsam und empathisch. Vielen Dank dafür!

  As a German-American family with deep roots in Europe as well as in FL and TN we travel frequently between our countries. In order to make immigration a bit easier and less bureaucratic and to allow for occasional stays beyond 3 months Urban Thier & Federer advised us to apply for a B1/B2 visa. Mr Thier and his team guided us throughout all the steps of the B1/B2 visa application process to a successful ending: from advising on filling the extensive questionnaires correctly, selecting additional documents that supported our case to the final interview at the US Embassy in Berlin.   Absolute horrible customer service. I was told on FOUR separate occasions that someone from the firm would reach out to me. This was in a span of over a month. They NEVER contacted me. Worthless firm, worthless customer service and are not trustworthy.
