  I'll give my attorney, G. Cohen, one star, as he did absolutely nothing to shield me from the horrors of two hours of interrogation which made me lose my car insurance. They badgered me, refused to be on camera and he did nothing! I didn't understand something when signing up. I'll give the staff two stars for leaving my paperwork that I signed correctly on read for so long, an important paper became void, requiring me to get it printed signed and notarized under threat of the other sides insurance company coming after me for the money I settled for. I had signed this paper online and believed everything was done. It was a lot of headache for 3 grand. Honestly, I'd go with another inquiry law firm if hoping for real results. Also, don't do any more medical than you have to-you pay for it.

  I got partnered with a terrific team for filling the suit for my accident a year ago. Not only was Adrian professional, but also very down to earth and passionate about fighting to help us recover what me and my daughter deserved. It was happenstance that they even called me to begin with after the accident, but I’m glad they did. You want a great firm that will fight tooth and nail for you? Then you want the attorneys at Morgan & Morgan!!

  I am so frustrated with my case manager. Lack of proper communication, contact main office twice including today just to be told that I have to speak with case manager. Perhaps my case isn’t big enough but for me it is. I choose this company because it sounds caring but I was wrong. I am supposed to sign the final document but after waiting to long for a advance and documentation indicating that I received such advance. I informed case manager that I will not sign documents because I haven’t received the advance. Text her several times about the same issue with a respond, let me see what happens. I do not know if she checked it or not because I never received a proper response. I was told today by the representative that thinks take time, I would agree if the document doesn’t indicate that I received a advance.

  My post settlement experience with this firm has been reprehensible. My case settled Aug 2025 and while I did receive the initial settlement check, they still have not issued my delayed deposit which was due 90 days post initial disbursement. This expectation was set in their own contract. It’s now Apr 2026 and appears once my case closed, accountability and client responsiveness ended as well. After months of courteous follow up, I’ve only received vague assurances and eventually no response at all when I contact them. Based on my experience, the firm has not lived up to their brand, “For the People”. Very disappointing. 4/2/26 Update: Thank you for posting the customer experience number. I was able to reach someone to get the ball rolling again. Also, your statement that the deposit was disbursed in Dec is false. The legal team confirmed no check had been issued. I’ll remain curious and optimistic until resolved.

  I would recommend the firm of Morgan And Morgan to anyone. After my car accident their response was immediate and the staff treats you like family. They are genuinely concerned with getting help for your case and make sure you have everything you need along the way for all your medical needs . Follow up and answers to all of my questions. We’re immediately addressed. If they’re not available, they returned my call by my preferred method of communication.this firm is definitely top notch, seven stars if you ask me!
