- MJMark JohnsonDec 17, 20251.0STAY AWAY! Don't talk to anyone on the phone. I spoke with someone for about 20 minutes and now I've been getting billed in the mail and by email for over a year to collect $300. I don't even know who I spoke with it's not on the invoice. - I was never told the person I was going to speak with charges $300 per hour. - I never signed anything How hard is it to have a automatic prompt before the call that says this time will be billed. At that point I would have just hung up the call and moved on. Or maybe an email. Or maybe just have the front desk assistant just say this time will be billed at $300 per hour. I spoke with the billing department and they said the bill belongs to the attorney I spoke with so I had to ask them to waive the fee. I asked to be transferred and got a voicemail every time. I left a couple voicemails and never heard back. I'm still getting billed. I understand that any time you speak with an attorney is billable time but is unethical to not share your billing practices upfront.

They were condescending in emails and everything, I really dont think it would be possible to be worse than this business, so dont get caught by them like I did, that's why these reviews exist!
