She stopped responding during critical parts of my case and did not take action on urgent issues. Most damaging, she stopped representing me but never filed her withdrawal, leaving me listed as represented while I had no actual help. Because of that, the court struck my emergency filings and I couldn’t access relief. I was left unprotected and unable to move forward because she didn’t complete the basic step of withdrawing properly.
