  My personal experience with Morgan & Morgan law firm was subpar on both occasions. Contrary to their commercials, which portray the firm as a family-oriented establishment, my interactions suggested otherwise. In reality, the firm operates similarly to other law firms, maintaining contracts with attorneys nationwide. I had two disappointing experiences that led me to question my decision to return to them. The first attorney I worked with demonstrated a lack of diligence and attempted to delegate tasks to me, while her frequent staff changes resulted in significant delays. I ultimately reported her to the state bar. In the second instance, I never met the assigned attorney, instead communicating solely with their assistant, who was dishonest in her responses. After questioning her information on multiple occasions, it became clear that I was correct, and she had been dishonest. In both cases, I was compelled to seek assistance from another law firm. While Morgan & Morgan may not be an inherently bad law firm, and they may have successfully assisted some clients, my experiences suggest that they do not differ significantly from other law firms. Their polished commercials, featuring a charismatic figure and his family, do not accurately reflect my experiences. Ultimately, the firm's ability to provide effective assistance depends on the specifics of each case.

  Im writing this on behalf of my son. He was in a car accident January 6th, not his fault. His truck was totaled and injuries requiring him to go to emergency room. We reached out to Morgan and Morgan largely because of radio and TV adds. They answered quickly took down lots of information. He was told he be assigned a case manager and will be notified within 24 hours to review case and move forward. No one has contacted us, we have reached a few times to see what's happening. No response, no emails or texts. My son has no vehicle, can not work or attend school because of his pain levels. Had to go back to the emergence room for further pain management. Here we are January 8th no response. It would seem Morgan and Morgan talk a good game, no results. I will contact other counsel for help. Beware of firms that talk it up. Seems like this case is to small. Not impressed!!!

  The experience was great Process took nine month but I’m blessed for Darius not giving up on me even when I was going give up on myself because wicked world the laws in every different state the man and woman that put right hand on the Bible took an oath to enforce it they are not take it serious safety pedestrians that follow laws not running out some area are blinds spots where you thought you slow down thinking it clear but Reality i get struck by a car from the front and it set up for driver to see but not for the pedestrians thing like this need address in country jurisdiction law enforcement if took seriously enough than I’ll feel my safe I don’t where I got position I turn head back looking over shoulder surrounded because some these will hit you and don’t even have compassion but I’m blessed for Morgan and Morgan.

  I contacted Morgan & Morgan regarding a vehicle and warranty dispute and spoke with them by phone as part of their intake process. After that call, I received an email stating that they would not be taking my case. The email provided no explanation for the decision and did not indicate that any meaningful review had occurred beyond the initial phone conversation. I was not asked for documents, clarification, or follow-up information. I understand that law firms have discretion in deciding which cases they take. However, receiving a denial with no explanation or feedback after taking the time to explain the situation was disappointing. Even a brief reason would have been helpful. Based on my experience, communication during the intake process felt impersonal and abrupt.

  I’m having the worst experience ever my lawyer is no help they had me In a mediation right after my mother died I was spaced out mind somewhere else I told my attorney and the defense my mother just died on the zoom meeting I said it a couple times but I just went with whatever my attorney was saying because because my mind was thinking bout my mother so today I started coming out of my depression I asked my attorney what am I getting and when will I get it he didn’t even know he say I told u in mediation I say i told u in medicine my mother just died now I’m here don’t nobody know anything bout what is going on I don’t know what I settle for or when I’m getting it
