  We choose Morgan & Morgan to represent us(my wife & I) for a motor vehicle accident. We felt stressed & overwhelmed because we didn’t know which way to turn. From our first conversation, they were so compassionate & knowledgeable. Even though I did many things online or via phone/text/email - the process was made easy access. They were very prompt at returning all calls and answering all questions. Morgan & Morgan did an excellent job of communicating clearly, handling negotiations, explaining the process etc. I was very pleased with the outcome. It didn’t take years to finalize our settlement. We are hard-working, honest individuals who only wanted what was fair, & Morgan & Morgan did that for us - So we are forever gratefulI & highly recommend Morgan & Morgan for anyone in need of legal services.

  After being the victim of a major car accident, I took on Morgan & morgan. After months of research, we were getting nowhere. I had to keep messaging my caseworker to ask for updates and was never allowed to speak to an attorney. The crash was in May and now in November they say the medical bills are too high they had to drop me. Wasted 6 months of my time. I guess there are people that are just a nobody to them.

  I recently switched from a different attorney I had for several months to Morgan & Morgan. In just a few weeks, they’ve accomplished more work than my previous attorney did in three months! I’m thoroughly impressed with their efficiency and the attention they give to my case. I highly recommend Morgan & Morgan for any legal matter you may need.   I am thoroughly confused about what's going on about my social security disability case. I was told I didn't have a lawyer because it was in review with the Social Security Administration itself, I filled-out all the paperwork that the social security review board sent me by myself and sent it back.. Morgan and morgan sent me representation documents, and I don't even know why I'm signing them, and I haven't been able to get hold of anybody. They have been in contact with me to send the docu-sign. But when I call to try to speak with a representative of some form they tell me I don't have one, it might just be me, but I'm... Befuddled I'm going on 2 years And at this point, i'm not exactly sure what i'm paying for.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration with the way my spouse’s personal injury case has been handled by Morgan & Morgan. After over four months of working diligently with your firm, we were disheartened to learn that that a substantial amount of medical bills were incurred and now a case have been dropped . This experience has left us feeling misled, dismissed, and entirely let down by a firm that advertises itself as being “for the people.” When we entrusted your team with our case following a serious accident, we did so in good faith, expecting transparency, advocacy, and professionalism. Instead, we were met with constant miscommunication, a lack of clarity, and shifting personnel all without adequate explanation or notification. To highlight a few critical concerns: Transparency: We were never properly informed that the value of injury coverage was a potential disqualifying factor. This crucial detail should have been addressed early on, rather than allowing us to invest emotionally and logistically in a process that ultimately led nowhere. Inappropriate Delegation: The bulk of communication came from case managers Lile Anne Scalogna, not licensed attorneys Blanke Lange. While we respect the support staff’s role, there is a clear difference between administrative coordination and legal counsel. Clients deserve direct contact with their attorney, particularly in serious matters like this. Mismanagement & Staff Changes: Our case was originally assigned to Attorney Nathan Nelson, then inexplicably transferred to Blake Lane under the direction of our original case manager. Later, during an in-person appointment, we discovered without prior notice that our case manager had been changed again. This revolving door of representation and the lack of clear communication surrounding it was both confusing and unprofessional. Lack of Compassion & Client Care: At no point were we given the empathy or thorough explanations that clients deserve especially after such a traumatic experience. Being left in the dark, only to be dropped from representation months later, is a betrayal of trust. It is incredibly disheartening to believe you are being advocated for, only to discover that your case was not being handled with the transparency, care, or diligence that was promised. For a firm that claims to stand “for the people,” this experience has felt anything but. I sincerely hope Morgan & Morgan takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how client communication and case management are handled especially in matters as sensitive and life-altering as this.
