  I arrived at the office after receiving an email from them regarding a bankruptcy case in which I have an open order, and only recently did I fully understand the situation and the significant loss it has caused me. It’s important for me to mention that I have no experience with how this process works, which is why I came in just looking for some basic guidance and to understand who I should speak with about my goods. The receptionist printed a general information sheet and said everything was written there, but when I politely tried to ask a few more questions ,one of the attorneys came out and literally yelled at me that they cannot help me and that I need to leave because they have work to do. I understand this is a complex and busy field, but a firm that specializes in bankruptcy deals with people who are often confused, stressed, and unfamiliar with the process. I would expect more patience and understanding toward clients and people who are simply asking for direction. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect or to be yelled at while trying to understand their situation. My intention is not to attack anyone, but to share a personal experience and hopefully encourage a more professional and human approach toward people who walk through their doors.

  They appeared more focused on appeasing the Trustees than safeguarding your interests as a client. Once your fees are paid in full, communication becomes terrible—you’re lucky to receive a response to even the simplest question, especially from Tammy.
