I wouldn't even have known I was entitled to a settlement for my cancer (I had all the genetic testing and no reason genetically for my cancer was found) and doctors assumed I was just one of those "unlucky" people. They all said perfect case but left out the fact they only do civil cases. Every lawyer said “you have a case for personal injury” Made me talk my whole business and lawyer and send in my info and pictures. Called me with Thomas as my lawyer and adilen as my case manager. Both introduce themselves and say we will be taking on your case and working with you. Then on the phone she brings up the details she left My lawyer is reviewing the case to see if you even had one Hello 4 people before you told me I did And you made me sign this big contract with personal info after they said I did And not that I’ve signed all this personal info you tell me you don’t know if I have a case. Then they ignored everything I said And doctored their own court case and came up with suing Publix which I literally never said I wanted to go after a corporation. These are the lawyers that lawyers and attorneys tell me to avoid They are focused on squeezing money and not genuine justice Should’ve throughly explained your company and how you work. Should’ve explained you didn’t have a lawyer confident enough to take on criminal law
