Within less than 24 hrs he responded and gave me my options. He told me there was an error on my ticket and there's a chance it could be dismissed. He also told me that based upon my driving record I could take a safe driver's course and pay the $280 citation. This route would've ensured that I received no points on my driver's license. I chose to have Attorney Baker's office file for a hearing...and five weeks later my ticket was dismissed!!! Remember, there are no guarantees in life. One's attorney SHOULD offer their clients insight as to how their case could play out in court. Attorney Baker delivered!!

I appreciate your response and actually as far I understood you are very good lawyer for traffic case, but mine wasn't “just” a traffic case, and was better say NO instead get and then asked me to fire you. Much respect but is not the way to make very honest money : get a case, ask to fire and charge “ONLY” 50%. Anyway I appreciate your words so you get one more star. See you around or in your office but for a traffic ticket.
