  This attorney Tim is simply the best Family Law attorney. My entire family has used Tim for several legal issues over the past several years. He provided us with reasonable expectations regarding our legal matters. He is honest and his staff is simply the best. He answered all of our legal questions without making us wait. He got back to us within 24 hours of our questions. He is well versed and professional in court and in person. He will fight for your rights. He was deligent with every aspect in our cases. He explains every aspect of your case in layman's language. I have referred him to other people and they were thrilled with his services. Thank you Tim again for helping us through a very difficult time.

  Mr. Doud is no better than a glorified ambulance chaser ...He tries to "motion" the other party so they quit....He used rhetoric and innuendo to hurt the opposing party in the case,claiming character flaws that didn't exist to extract money for things through the courts and never used the money that he took,keeping it for himself. This man is unethical to his clients as well as the opposing party. He claims he is a victim billing ridiculous amounts and laughing about it when he doesn't do what he claims the money is for. He drags people through peripheral courts such as DVI and then crosses procedural lines to get money from others for his greed. My case was settled when he dropped his client over greed and mis allocation of funds only to rear his ugly head with a motion to lien anything and everything he can so he can mask his own progressional transgressions and inept. He is malicious and doesn't care about trying to ruin someone's livelihood or that their child pays a price so he can stuff his coffers with money intended to raise a child! He will go out of his way to slander and defame a person's character,though he claims to be this righteous and honest person. I have spent the past year and a half recovering from his lies to a Judge under oath as an officer of the court . Karma Mr. Doud! remember that..My case is over and I will be there to see you get exactly what you deserve! You violate the standards attorneys are supposed to be upholding to the very public you mistreat and take advantage of. Mr Doud only does something when he can bill people to satisfy his creed. He is not an ethically sound individual, never mind attorney and there are many people in the community that feel the same way i do. This is factual and I personally watched Mr. Doud do these things for the past three years in my case to my family. I didn't win or lose my case,but he made it so my innocent minor child lost the past 2 1/2 years from his unethical conduct! That in itself is disgusting and vile. If anyone wants to contact me, i have the facts to back everything up i have stated here. It is only the beginning..... .Certainly Mr. Doud now is trying to bully me in a cease and desist letter to my attorney! Of course he is claiming slander,libel and defamation when those are his very tactics,not once but every time I had to waste my time to listen to his :garbage:,big words and no substance....Never arguing the facts,always trying to act the man whom he is trying to unethically get money( He still has $15000 of my money) that we filed to retrieve,,,Not for a month mind you,but for over a year and a half! I will be adding facts to this post and others as the time goes by if he keeps it up and doesn't give my money that he wrongfully made the court order me to pay for services HE DIDN'T DO! If thats the kind of attorney you want on your side,well GOOD LUCK,don't say I didn't warn you....I Now also know he pays people to write good reviews to counter any negative ones....I ran into a client in Brooksville at the County Courthouse who stated he makes them(his clients) have their friends and family write good reviews before he ever does anything! I can also safely say through my own "Discovery" process that there are less and less peers in Hernando County that have anything to do with Law that have ANY respect for this "joke" of an attorney! Same MO every time, he puts out a smear campaign that isn't true,utilizing social workers and counselors to do his dirty work in DVI Courts and DCF Allegations.....There is never any evidence on said allegations,but between trying baffle the court with 64 dollar vernacular that he tries to motion you to death with, trying to make you quit,just as he does when he senses his "legal" charade is up,it is all smoke and mirrors...Last week I had a young lady contact me with a similar story on how Mr. Doud acts unethically as an officer of the court...He will make his clients sign a "withdrawal" form as part of a starting packet, take your money and when you are financially drained,submits it for you!
