  My first time getting into an accident I was completely lost and had no idea what to do, a family friend referred me to Karina! Calling her was the best choice I made after my accident. She helped me get through this difficult time in my life and explained everything to the smallest detail as it was my first accident. Very sincere and kind woman, she showed so much concern for my well-being and my daughters who was also in the accident with me. Even after these happenings she told me I could always contact her if I ever had any questions or concerns! If I could give her more than 5 starts I most definitely would! 1,000% recommend!!!!!
