  Matthew and Ody both assisted me after the passing of my parents. I was overwhelmed and devastated and the Dickman Law Firm assisted me through the process of probate. They were incredible helping me to manage all my parents various affairs and helped in getting everything in order. I am so grateful to their firm for helping through a really difficult time for my family. They had knowledge and empathy and I’m so grateful. I would highly recommend their legal services.

  I begged them to help me get my children back, begged them to file motions that would have helped, I begged them to contact dcf because the childrens mother was violent which resulted in the mother beating the children with her boyfriend near death. (filed no motions i asked for and completely ignored every request claiming they didn't get them although have email receipts/proof of it.) Pretended to fight on my behalf only to cover their own bases. Absolutely feral, shouting at me in court for "disrespecting them" when I simply said I cant take the deal that was made without my knowledge. Causing the judge to rule against me unfavorably. Its provable on the record. There was a stenographer and cameras. Now they have withdrawn because they consumed all my resources and refuse to act on my behalf with irreconcilable differences. I had to go to trial alone and won on my own. They never sent anyone to represent me on that day. I still do not have my kids over a year later with no charges or allegations or background. Not a single thing they have done has helped. It has only made it worse at the cost of several 1000s of dollars. I have caught dcf and many other parties commiting crimes, none of which would my attorney act on, now recognized by the court, and will bring all of them to light eventually. I will make it my life's work to uncover the truth and bring all parties to justice bar none. If you have committed crimes you will be and should be brought to justice. The judge mocked them for being from Naples and treated my case with impunity. They had no answers. They just sat back and collected money for text messages they refused to act on or recognize. This is only a fraction of the unbelievable pain and suffering I have accrued thus far and it is still not over. I would never hire or trust another lawyer as long as I live. That is how I feel about my experience.

  With dickman law firm you are treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. Its almost like family they care about there clients need,s promptly and professionally and work as a team not like alot of firms that just care about making money they have been extremely helpful with my situation and your not left out of the loop. I highly recomend them for you estate needs.
